Frank works closely with Dempsey Yearout to manage the purchasing and build out of our communities.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley in 2000, Frank honed his skillsets for three years at the Dahlin Group, an award winning architecture firm specializing in single family homes. He then ventured into multifamily housing with McLarand, Vasquez, Emsiek and Partners where Frank managed the documentation and administration of large apartment projects for The Irvine Company.

In addition to his experience with major projects and understanding of the construction industry, Frank brings to his job excellent communications skills and a perfectionistic work ethic. His character, education and experience ensure that our projects meet his, and the company’s, high standards.

Away from the office, Frank enjoys days at the beach, finding surf spots with his friends.
