DAVID MANGO
PROJECT MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION |
|
| |
David participates in design development, and oversees construction documentation, purchasing, bidding, contract administration and job scheduling and progress for residential and mixed use communities we build.
After playing two years of scholarship football at Boise State and graduating with honors in economics at UC Riverside, David first joined Community Dynamics in 1987 as a Project Superintendent, and left the Company in 1990 to pursue a 20 year career with the City of Maywood, where he served as Chief Building Official and Planning Director. He returned to the Company in his capacity as Project Manager in 2011. David brings a ground up understanding of the trades, a commitment to excellence and a strong intellect to his work.
On weekends and evenings, David plays first base for the Creoles of the Los Angeles Baseball League. He and his wife Allyn share a love for historic renovation and antiquing, and are actively involved in the West Adams Historical Association. They recently received recognition from the City of Los Angeles' Office of Historic Resources and the Los Angeles Conservancy for their efforts to restore their home (which formerly belonged to Maria Conchita Sepulveda) in Los Angeles' historic Lafayette Square. They've raised four wonderful daughters: Greer, Brooke, Juliana and Hailey. |
