Eve manages our accounting and financing activities, including all accounts payable and receivable, loan administration, and periodic financial and tax reporting. Her strong budgetary discipline and entrepreneurial spirit have served the company particularly well during the housing industry's recent downturn.
Beginning in 1991, Eve served as an accountant, controller and then CFO at Southern California based Spectrum Construction for 13 years while concurrently earning a Bachelor Degree in Business at CSUN in 1998 and her JD from Loyola Law School in 2002.
Eve, her husband Lou, and their three picture perfect kids live in the San Fernando Valley, where Lou's cooking is to die for. Eve enjoys scrapbooking, helping James, Isabella and Abby with their homework, and shuttling them to their gymnastics practices and meets. |
