Steve manages the design, engineering and entitlement, procures public financing, and oversees the sales and marketing for our communities. Since joining the Company in 2005, Steve has driven the development and delivery of five residential and mixed use communities valued at more than $100 million.
After earning his Bachelor Degree in Urban Studies and Planning at UCSD in 1998, Steve spent four years with San Diego’s largest real estate public affairs agency, where he designed and led entitlement campaigns for residential, mixed use and public facility projects on behalf of major corporate clients. He subsequently entered the Masters Program at USC’s Marshall School of Business, where he graduated with a dual degree in Real Estate Development and Business Administration in 2005 and, most importantly, met the love of his life.
Steve, his wife Kim, and their sons Tyler and Jake live in West Los Angeles, where they enjoy the outdoors, Thai food, time with friends and family, and USC football. |
