| A Spanish revival apartment community for low income seniors, La Rocca Villas features 27 one bedroom units and a resident services building on approximately three acres. The ADA accessible program, designed by Coachella Valley based Kristi Hanson Architects, built out at a cost of approximately $5 million. The development features more than 40 kilowatts of architecturally integrated rooftop photovoltaics which will support 100% of the community's common area electrical and approximately 50% of its residential demand. State-of-the-art xeriscape design by Coachella Valley based RGA Landscape Architects features native planting, drip irrigation and the placement of inorganic materials such as decomposed granite, cobble and boulders designed to complement the desert environment and minimize water usage.
