COMMUNITY DYNAMICS WINS
PALM SPRINGS DEVELOPMENT
PALM SPRINGS, CA – The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Palm Springs unanimously approved its staff’s recommendation to enter into an exclusive agreement to negotiate with Community Dynamics for a development agreement. |

This will encompass the development, buildout, marketing and sale of a new ownership affordable housing community for moderate income families.
The proposed development consists of 51 townhomes, will serve workforce families that have been priced out of the marketplace, and will include state-of-the-art sustainable design and construction measures to reduce energy use, minimize water consumption, utilize green systems and materials, and promote indoor air quality and recycling.
"The Company is grateful to team up with the City of Palm Springs to once again deliver much needed, high-quality affordable housing to the residents of the Coachella Valley," said Josh Freeman, Community Dynamics' spokesperson.
Community Dynamics is pleased to bring its experience and track record of success in delivering affordable housing to Palm Springs. The Company recently completed an award winning community of 93 single family homes for income eligible first time homebuyers and 27 apartments for lower income senior renters in neighboring Palm Desert.
