STEVE ROBERTS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

SANTA MONICA, CA
– Loren Bloch, Community Dynamics’ President, announced the promotion of Steve Roberts to Vice President, Development.

Steve is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process required to bring the company's developments from concept to completion, including acquisition, due diligence, design and engineering, entitlements, and finance, as well as leading the company's development efforts during construction and sales.

"Steve has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage the complex development process," said Loren Bloch. "He is an accomplished and integral member of our team and augmenting his responsibilities will serve to strengthen the company's operations."

Steve was instrumental in the completion of two Community Dynamics' developments in the City of Palm Desert, including Falcon Crest, a new community of 93 homes which sold out in April 2008 and has been recognized nationally by winning the 2007 HUD Secretary's Gold Award for Excellence at the Best in American Living Awards.

Prior to joining Community Dynamics in 2005, Steve spent four years with one of San Diego's largest real estate public affairs agencies, where he designed and led entitlement campaigns for residential and mixed use projects on behalf of major corporate clients.

Steve concurrently earned a MBA at the Marshall School of Business and a Master of Real Estate Development at USC's School of Policy, Planning and Development in 2005. He completed a bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Planning at UCSD in 1998.
