This Energy Star community beats Title 24's already stringent standards by nearly 20%, and features 190kw of building integrated rooftop photovoltaics valued at more than $1.5 million and designed to cut homeowners' electrical bills in half.
Award winning RGA Landscape Architects delivered sustainable xericscape design utilizing plants native to the Coachella Valley , drip irrigation and inorganic materials like decomposed granite, cobble and boulders to create inspired spaces requiring minimal water usage.
