VEO WINS AT BEST IN AMERICAN LIVING AWARDS

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recognized the company's residential mixed use development in Carson as the Best on the Boards Community Site Plan in the nation. Skip Howe, NAHB's 2012 Design Committee Chair, presented awards to sixty-five projects from across the country, saying, "We are proud to recognize these companies and individuals for their creative and forward thinking approaches to their work. These winners are at the leading edge of home design trends."
Veo, a 10-acre community featuring 152 residential units and more than 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail, will build out at a completed value of more than $50 million, and will offer four different residential products for first time homebuyers ranging in value from the low $200,000s to the mid $400,000s. The vibrant residential mixed use, infill community will offer prospective homeowners easy commutes to work, short walks to neighborhood stores and restaurants, abundant recreational amenities on graciously landscaped grounds, and state of the art residential living.

This is the third time Community Dynamics has won top honors from NAHB. The company anticipates the commencement of rough grading and installation of site infrastructure beginning in the spring, and groundbreaking for the first phase of vertical construction in the fall of this year.
